Building sports complex an awful idea

As a 13-year resident of the Lake Park neighborhood, I think that building a sports megaplex at Lake Park is an awful idea. Worcester needs more green space, not less. Lake Park is a gem and is much beloved by the many people who use it. Eliminating this beautiful public waterfront parkland to build a medical center and stadium would be a terrible waste, and would negatively impact the quality of life for many Worcester residents.
