Financial bailout plan has readers roiled

Although House Majority Leader Steny H. Hoyer’s call for bipartisanship is laudable, bad policy remains bad policy. Bailing out bad managers is nothing more than using capital produced by good managers, which is socialism in its purest form – reward bad decision makers and punish the good decision makers.
