Golden Remains

In a world lost, Lindsay Monroe and Joshua Johnson have captured the essence of ghost towns, as their photos reflect upon the most unpopulated lands of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Full of color and centered with great subjects, the photos of Monroe and Johnson liberate the sense of abandonment that lingers in the air of Rhvolite and Techatticup, Nevada. Bringing life and simplistic beauty, the exhibition “Golden Remains,” graces the walls of the Sprinkler Factory.
As a photographer, ones job is to capture moments which leave a lasting impression on the minds of viewers and stir the opinions of many others; it is through photography, that society is able to feel the emotions of places otherwise unknown. Lindsay Monroe and Joshua Johnson hold the title of Photographer in high standards, as is visible through their work and passion for the industry.
The exhibition, “Golden Remains,” will be displayed until January 2009 at the Sprinkler Factory located at 36 Harlow Street.
Athough, The Sprinkler Factory has had an opening for the exhibition “Golden Remains,” they will have a re-opening of the exhibition on November 14th from 7-9:30pm. Come and enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of beer [FREE], as you submerge into a world lost.
Lindsay Monroe is available for Professional photography for various events including Weddings, and can be reached at aKwordsphotography@gmail.com.
