I was scheduled to go out of town on business on Nov. 3-4 and didn't even think of getting an absentee ballot! I felt like such an idiot. Pretty much everything went the other way from how I would have voted, but it's the principle of the matter.

If the polls had been open until 9PM, I would have been able to cast my vote. Alas, they weren't. But I would support keeping them open longer so as many people as possible can be heard.

I voted at the old folks tower thing on Belmont St. I got there at 7:30 and was second in line. When I left there was no one in line. This is very contradictory to what it seems everyone else experienced.

My g/f arrived at our polling place (Main South CDC) at 6:30, at that point she was the only one in the parking lot.

She went and got a coffee and ended up being voter #2, but by 7am she said there was a modest line.

I arrived at my polling place at 6:45 & about 25 people were in line. By 7:00 there was at least 150 in line. Voting went pretty quickly. The ballot was easy. Very dissappointing that so many candidates were unopposed.
