I’ve been VERY busy, new site launches & supporting movie makin’ in Massachusetts

My latest projects are finally launched and I couldn’t be happier right now!
It all started with a site I built with my good friends, Doug & Melinda Kirkpatrick. It’s an online network for Massachusetts based film and television professionals called OurFilmSpace.com. (I blogged about that project here). That community has grown to a very active 1,180 members.
Through the community, Doug and Melinda were able to pull together a fantastic group of professionals that have been working on development of an online video series called Oldbury Hill. I’ve been continuing to design and build the web sites to support the projects.
As we were developing the Oldbury Hill series and site, we’ve also been working on the development of an online channel which will deliver this series and many more to come, OurTvSpace.com. The Oldbury Hill, OurTvSpace.com and THEIR supporting networks all launched this week starting with a Halloween night launch of OurTvSpace.com.
The whole project has even gotten a little local press already. (Thank you Pulse for the nice article – very cool!)

This has been a fantastic experience so far and I can’t wait to see what’s next. I’m also happy that the original OurFilmSpace.com web site is doing what we hoped it would — connecting professionals and helping them find and create projects. The projects I’ve helped with are just a few of the many that have developed out of the relationships people are developing on that site. I couldn’t be happier with the way the site has developed. It was a lot of hard work but also a lot of fun
