Flagg Street sidewalk is not the solution

The Salisbury Area Neighborhood Association has done a good job initiating discussion about the dangerous conditions of Flagg Street, but I believe that they are focused on the wrong solution. As a Flagg Street resident, my safety concerns are the excess volume of traffic, speeding vehicles and tailgating drivers. Another worry is the excess amount of water that gushes over certain areas of the street, resulting in perennial icy conditions during the winter months.
