Banning greyhound racing was proper course

This is in response to two letters to the editor, one from Ware (Telegram & Gazette, Oct. 23), and one from Spencer (T&G, Nov. 18). Both letter writers should look at facts documented and photographed by witnesses and concerned folks trying to find homes for these animals. It takes many weeks of rehabilitation by rescue groups before dogs can be put up for adoption. That’s why they appear unharmed.
