Unitil vows it will take 28 recommendations to heart

FITCHBURG – Improved storm preparation and crew mobilization, better damage assessment, and stronger communications with customers and public officials are among the recommendations of Unitil’s comprehensive “self-assessment” begun in the days after the December ice storm that left much of the area without power for nearly two weeks.
