Calling this whole thing a "positive result" is quite a stretch. But that’s how the paper is spinning it this morning. No shoe leather was spent on this story. This is a one phone call story.This is the laziest and most inaccurate excuse for a news story that I’ve seen in recent memory.There has not been a single instance of downtown dangerous sidewalks this winter that was in any way different
