Parking Lots Closing

I’m scratchin’ my head after reading this story…Closing all but one of the surface lots under the expressway next to the train station is only going to "save" a measly $2,083 per month, on average, for maintenance? This way, we turn these functional lots into four vacant lots that won’t be used for anything?We have enough vacant lots in Worcester. Letting these currently useful lots go
