Nuclear waste being buried in desert

Is anyone else as outraged as I am about the short “Around the Nation” story (Sunday Telegram, May 17th)? A Utah company will be allowed to import nuclear waste from other countries, offload it at a Southern port, transport it to Tennessee, process it, and then transport it to Utah to be buried in the desert.

But what do you think?
