Gary Rosen’s Evaluation

Hey, you know Gary Rosen taught Rick Rushton in high school? Yep. Crazy, we know…..he brings it up for the 10th time this term at least.
Rosen gives a 4.75.
Finance: very strong grade.
successful labor negotiations…PILOT programs…
Neighborhoods…Gary runs through a list of projects, and the efforts to end homelessness.
management efficiencies: He doesn’t like the decimation of the public health dept, but is confident the appointed task force will come out with a new health model.
