I got this message from Gary Rosen:Please be aware that the Worcester City Council’s Public Health & Human Services Committee (Rosen, Haller, and Rushton) will meet on Wednesday, December 2, 5:00 PM, Council Chambers, to hold a public hearing on the proposed dog ordinance.
