Charlie Hustle= Pete Rose

I have been able to meet a few present or past professional athletes
that either leave me scratching my heading wondering how they
succeeded, or confirming why they excelled in there chosen sport.
Pete Rose is one of those athletes that worked hard at playing the
game of baseball, loved it, and did well at it, but it was his "greed"
and competitive nature that prompted him to bet on baseball games that
he either played in or managed the team.
Suffice it to say that Pete Rose was a good athlete and his attitude
and down-right arrogance led to his downfall. But if you watch any old
footage of Pete playing the game of baseball, you'll see a hard-
charging player that left it all on the diamond. He was, and will
always be, "Charlie Hustle".
