Rousing case for reforms

WORCESTER – Calling the health care reform legislation being debated in Washington, D.C., a “spaghetti” bill with a bunch of ideas being thrown at the wall to see what sticks, influential economist Jonathan Gruber last night said the final legislation will have a positive effect on the country.
