Salisbury Street, airport and Junction shops

Drove by the house featured on the front page of the Sunday newspaper. True it does need paint but other then that?? Don’t get me wrong, I can understand how the neighbors would be frustrated by this, but is this really an issue for the City? Unless somthing structural is going on or there are other code violations, that I am unaware of , it hardly appears to be an issue. There are many
