Neil Foisy was born and raised in Fall River, MA and moved to Worcester in 2006 with his girlfriend. In 2007 they became urban pioneers purchasing a loft condo in the Main South area of Worcester which they share with two crazy and adorable cats. He welcomed this opportunity to write about himself in the third person.
