ATLANTA – With helicopters hovering overhead early this morning, police moved into a downtown Atlanta park and arrested around 50 Occupy Wall Street protesters who had been encamped there for about two weeks.

WORCESTER – An Austin Street man charged with fatally shooting his roommate after an argument over a televised soccer match was sentenced to 15 to 16 years in state prison after pleading guilty today to manslaughter.
